Trolley Mechanism for Tower Cranes

Our trolley mechanism spare parts include fixing angles, mast sections, pins, ladders, slewing rings, motors, gearboxes, pinions, limit switches, winches, wire ropes, electrical cables, contactors, pulleys, rollers, RCV, VAC, OMD, HRCV, brushes, and more. These parts are essential for the efficient operation of tower crane trolley mechanisms.

WARNING: This mechanism should never be manned. It is designed for automated operation.

Operating Temperature: -20ºC to +40ºC

Operating Noise: ≤75dB

The D3V series trolley mechanism is a self-designed system based on advanced foreign technologies. It comprises a torque motor (or variable frequency motor), reducer, limit switch, winding drum, and frame. The motor is designed for B5 flange form (horizontal) installation.

1. 3D design and analysis before production drawing;

2. ANSYS calculation;

3. Testing and verification of the calculation result;

4. Raw material inspection and manufacturing quality control strictly according to ISO9000 standard;

5. Robot welding machine and automatic cutting machine;

6. Painting line with first anti-corrosion layer and 2 surface layers after sandblasting;

7. Packing solution to make better protection and easy transportation
